THE CHALLENGE

Elevate CFS needed a clear, polished way to communicate the strengths of cold-formed steel (CFS) and their turnkey engineering-to-construction service model. While the team excelled in the technical and structural aspects of CFS, they needed marketing materials that translated their expertise into simple, compelling, and visually digestible content.

Additionally, their website required updated messaging and structure to reflect their two-phase service delivery model and differentiate them from traditional general contractors and design-build firms.

OUR APPROACH

1) Discovery & Alignment

We reviewed Elevate CFS’s existing deck, project summaries, and technical documentation. From there, we identified three core needs:

– A simplified way to explain the value of CFS vs. traditional construction materials
– A stronger brand narrative around engineering-first project delivery
– Consistent visuals for social media, presentations, and the website

We established a messaging hierarchy and determined the key pages and sections needed for their updated website content.

2) Strategy & Message Development

We built a messaging framework centered on:

– Clarity over complexity (removing technical jargon while preserving expertise)
– Sustainability, cost-efficiency, and speed—the core advantages of CFS
– Elevate’s two-phase process: Engineering first, then construction
– Proof-focused statements that highlight precision, performance, and coordination

This framework guided all creative and copy decisions across pub mats and web content.

RESULTS

Elevate CFS walked away with:

– A unified, polished brand story that clearly explains who they are and what they do
– A library of branded pub mats ready for presentations, pitches, and digital outreach
– Website copy that positions them as a credible, engineering-first construction partner
– A professional visual identity that reflects their precision and technical expertise

The new messaging and creative assets now give the Elevate team a consistent, credible foundation for sales conversations, investor pitches, and developer outreach.
